Bandwidth Inc. Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

RALEIGH, N.C., Nov. 9, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Bandwidth Inc., today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 4,000,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a public offering price of $20.00 per share, before underwriting discounts.  In addition, Bandwidth and certain selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 600,000 shares of Class A common stock (of which the first 182,500 shares will be sold by the selling stockholders) at the initial public offering price less underwriting discounts and commissions.  Bandwidth will not receive proceeds from the sale of shares by the...
