COPT Declares 80th Consecutive Common Dividend
November 9, 2017 4:16 PM ESTCOLUMBIA, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Corporate Office Properties Trust (COPT or the Company) (NYSE: OFC) announced today that its Board of Trustees declared the Companys 80th consecutive Common Share of beneficial interest quarterly dividend. The fourth quarter 2017 dividend of $0.275 per share represents an annualized amount of $1.10 per share, and is payable on January 16, 2018 to shareholders of record on December 29, 2017.
