WashingtonFirst Bankshares, Inc. Declares 17th Consecutive Quarterly Cash Dividend
November 9, 2017 12:39 PM ESTRESTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- WashingtonFirst Bankshares, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: WFBI) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of seven cents ($0.07) per share of its common stock, par value $0.01 per share, payable on November 24, 2017, to stockholders of record at the close of business on November 20, 2017. The dividend payout will be approximately $910,000 on 13 million shares of voting and non-voting common stock. This represents the Companys 17th consecutive quarterly cash dividend.
