Acadia Realty Trust Announces Increase in Quarterly Dividend
November 8, 2017 4:15 PM ESTRYE, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Acadia Realty Trust (NYSE: AKR) today announced that its Board of Trustees has declared a cash dividend of $0.27 per Common Share for the quarter ended December 31, 2017, payable on January 12, 2018 to holders of record as of December 29, 2017. This is an increase of 3.8% over the prior quarters cash dividend of $0.26 per share.
