Halyard Health (HYH) to Sell S&IP Business to Owens & Minor (OMI) for $710M
November 1, 2017 7:03 AM EDTHalyard Health, Inc. (NYSE: HYH) today announced it has entered into a definitive agreement with Owens & Minor, Inc. (NYSE: OMI) to sell its Surgical and Infection Prevention ("S&IP") business for $710 million. S&IP provides healthcare supplies and solutions that target the prevention of healthcare-associated infections.
