October 27, 2017 8:00 AM EDTISELIN, N.J., Oct. 27, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Provident Financial Services, Inc. (NYSE: PFS) (the Company) reported net income of $26.6 million, or $0.41 per basic and diluted share, for the three months ended September 30, 2017, compared to net income of $22.9 million, or $0.36 per basic and diluted share, for the three months ended September 30, 2016. For the nine months ended September 30, 2017, the Company reported net income of $74.5 million, or $1.16 per basic share and $1.15 per diluted share, compared to net income of $65.2 million, or $1.03 per basic share and $1.02 per diluted share, for the same period last...
