Phillips 66 Partners Reports Third-Quarter Earnings

Delivered earnings of $99 million; adjusted EBITDA of $168 million Increased quarterly distribution by 5 percent to $0.646 per common unit Completed $2.4 billion acquisition from Phillips 66 and raised $1.7 billion in equity and debt offerings in OctoberHOUSTON--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Phillips 66 Partners LP (NYSE: PSXP) announces third-quarter 2017 earnings of $99 million, or $0.51 per common unit. Cash from operations was $152 million, and distributable cash flow was $136 million. Adjusted EBITDA was $168 million in the third quarter, compared with $170 million in the prior quarter.
