Huntsman Announces Strong Third Quarter 2017 Results; Balance Sheet Transformed with Significant Debt Reduction

Third Quarter 2017 Highlights

Net income was $179 million compared to $64 million in the prior year period and $183 million in the prior quarter. Adjusted EBITDA was $340 million (16% EBITDA margin), impacted by $50 million from Hurricane Harvey, compared to $234 million in the prior year period and $299 million in the prior quarter. Diluted income per share was $0.60 compared to $0.23 in the prior year period and $0.69 in the prior quarter.
