Commercial Metals Company Reports Fourth Quarter And Full Year Earnings
October 26, 2017 6:45 AM EDTIRVING, Texas, Oct. 26, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Commercial Metals Company (NYSE: CMC) today announced financial results for its fiscal fourth quarter and year ended August 31, 2017. For the three months ended August 31, 2017, the loss from continuing operations was $32.7 million, or $0.28 per diluted share, on net sales of $1.3 billion compared to a loss from continuing operations of $2.1 million, or $0.02 per diluted share, on net sales of $1.1 billion for the three months ended August 31, 2016. For the fiscal year ended August 31, 2017, earnings from continuing operations were $32.6 million, or $0.27 per diluted share, on net sales of $4.6 billion.
