People’s Utah Bancorp Reports Third Quarter 2017 Results and Announces Quarterly Dividend Payment
October 25, 2017 4:31 PM EDTAMERICAN FORK, Utah, Oct. 25, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Peoples Utah Bancorp (the Company) (Nasdaq: PUB), a bank holding company and parent of Peoples Intermountain Bank (Bank), reported net income of $6.2 million for the third quarter of 2017 compared with $6.5 million in the second quarter of 2017, and $6.2 million for the third quarter of 2016. Diluted earnings per common share were $0.34 for the third quarter of 2017 compared with $0.35 for the second quarter of 2017, and $0.34 for the third quarter of 2016. For the nine months ended September 30, 2017 net income was $19.3 million, or $1.05 per diluted common share, compared with $17.1 million, or...
