General Dynamics Reports Third-Quarter 2017 Results

Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations of $2.52, up 6.8% Earnings from continuing operations up 4.5% to $764 million Operating earnings up 3.6% to $1.1 billionGeneral Dynamics (NYSE: GD) today reported third-quarter 2017 earnings from continuing operations of $764 million, a 4.5 percent increase over third-quarter 2016, on revenue of $7.6 billion. Diluted earnings per share from continuing operations were $2.52 compared to $2.36 in the year-ago quarter, a 6.8 percent increase.
