Equity Residential Reports Third Quarter 2017 Results
October 24, 2017 5:13 PM EDTCHICAGO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Equity Residential (NYSE: EQR) today reported results for the quarter and nine months ended September 30, 2017. All per share results are reported as available to common shares/units on a diluted basis. Earnings Per Share (EPS) was $0.37, Funds From Operations (FFO) was $0.81 per share and Normalized FFO was $0.80 per share for the third quarter of 2017, each as described in further detail below.
