Pinnacle West Increases Quarterly Dividend

PHOENIX--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Pinnacle West Capital Corporations (NYSE: PNW) board of directors voted today to raise the Companys dividend by 6.1 percent, or 16 cents per common share annually. This action will result in an indicated annual dividend of $2.78 per share or $0.695 per share quarterly.
