Union Bankshares Announces Third Quarter Ended September 30, 2017 Earnings and Quarterly Dividend Payment
October 18, 2017 4:50 PM EDTMORRISVILLE, Vt., Oct. 18, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Union Bankshares, Inc. (NASDAQ: UNB) today announced results for the three and nine months ended September 30, 2017. Consolidated net income for the three months ended September 30, 2017 was $2.4 million, or $0.53 per share, compared to $2.3 million, or $0.51 per share, for the same period in 2016, and $6.5 million, or $1.46 per share, for the nine months ended September 30, 2017, compared to $6.2 million, or $1.38 per share, for the same period in 2016.
