Qudian Inc. Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering

("Qudian" or the "Company") (NYSE: QD), a leading provider of online small consumer credit products in China, today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 37,500,000 American depositary shares ("ADSs") at a price to the public of US$24.00 per ADS for a total offering size of approximately US$900.00 million, assuming the underwriters do not exercise their option to purchase additional ADSs.
