Omega Announces Twenty First Consecutive Increase in Its Quarterly Common Stock Dividend and Release Date of Third Quarter Earnings and Conference Call

HUNT VALLEY, Md.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Omega Healthcare Investors, Inc. (NYSE: OHI) today announced that the Companys Board of Directors declared a common stock dividend of $0.65 per share, increasing the quarterly common dividend by $0.01 per share over the previous quarter. The common stock dividend is payable Wednesday, November 15, 2017 to common stockholders of record as of the close of business on Tuesday, October 31, 2017.
