OrthoPediatrics Corp. Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
October 12, 2017 7:00 AM EDTWARSAW, Ind., Oct. 12, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- OrthoPediatrics Corp. (OrthoPediatrics), an orthopedic company focused exclusively on providing a comprehensive product offering to the pediatric orthopedic market, announced today the pricing of its initial public offering of 4,000,000 shares of its common stock at public offering price of $13.00 per share. In addition, OrthoPediatrics has granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 600,000 shares of its common stock at the public offering price, less the underwriting discount.
