CarGurus, Inc. Announces Pricing of Initial Public Offering
October 11, 2017 6:03 PM EDTCAMBRIDGE, Mass., Oct. 11, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- CarGurus, Inc., today announced the pricing of its initial public offering of 9,400,000 shares of its Class A common stock at a public offering price of $16.00 per share, before underwriting discounts. CarGurus is issuing and selling 2,500,000 shares of Class A common stock and the selling stockholders are selling an additional 6,900,000 shares of Class A common stock. In addition, CarGurus and the selling stockholders have granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to an additional 1,410,000 shares of Class A common stock at the initial public offering price less underwriting discounts and...
