Farmers & Merchants Bancorp, Inc. Raises Third-Quarter Cash Dividend Payment by 4.0% to $0.26 per share
September 15, 2017 12:15 PM EDTARCHBOLD, Ohio, Sept. 15, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Farmers & Merchants Bancorp, Inc., (Nasdaq: FMAO) the holding company of The Farmers & Merchants State Bank, with assets of approximately $1.1 billion at June 30, 2017, today announced that it has approved a 4.0% increase in the companys quarterly cash dividend. The new dividend has been raised to $0.26 per share from the previous dividend of $0.25, and represents the second increase in the cash dividend this year. As of September 20, 2017, FMAO stock will be splitting two-for-one, thereby doubling the number of shares each shareholder... More
