InfraREIT Announces Quarterly Dividend
August 31, 2017 7:00 PM EDTDALLAS, Aug. 31, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- InfraREIT, Inc. (NYSE: HIFR) ("InfraREIT" or the "Company") today announced that its board of directors declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.25 per share of common stock, or $1.00 per share on an annualized basis, payable on Oct. 19, 2017, to holders of record on Sept. 29, 2017.
