WashingtonFirst Bankshares, Inc. Declares 16th Consecutive Quarterly Cash Dividend
August 22, 2017 8:00 AM EDTRESTON, Va.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- WashingtonFirst Bankshares, Inc. (the "Company") (NASDAQ: WFBI) today announced that its Board of Directors declared a cash dividend of seven cents ($0.07) per share of its common stock, par value $0.01 per share, payable on October 2, 2017, to stockholders of record at the close of business on September 11, 2017. The dividend payout will be approximately $915,000 on 13 million shares of voting and non-voting common stock. This represents the Companys 16th consecutive quarterly cash dividend.
