Genpact Limited Board Declares Quarterly Dividend
August 18, 2017 4:05 PM EDTNEW YORK, Aug. 18, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Genpact Limited (NYSE: G), a global professional services firm focused on delivering digital transformation for clients, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.06 per common share for the third quarter of 2017. The dividend is payable on or about September 21, 2017 to shareholders of record as of the close of business on September 8, 2017. The declaration of any future dividends is subject to the discretion of the Company's Board of Directors.
