Williams Announces Quarterly Cash Dividend
August 17, 2017 7:45 AM EDTTULSA, Okla.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Williams (NYSE: WMB) board of directors has approved a regular dividend of $0.30 per share, or $1.20 annualized, on the companys common stock, payable on Sept. 25, 2017 to holders of record at the close of business on Sept. 8, 2017. The third-quarter 2017 dividend is unchanged from the second quarter.
Williams has paid a common stock dividend every quarter since 1974.
