Evans Bancorp, Inc. Announces Semi-Annual Dividend
August 16, 2017 4:15 PM EDTHAMBURG, N.Y.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Evans Bancorp, Inc. (the Company or Evans) (NYSE American: EVBN), a community financial services company serving Western New York since 1920, announced that its Board of Directors, at its meeting yesterday, declared a cash dividend of $0.40 per share on its outstanding common stock. The dividend is payable on October 3, 2017 to shareholders of record as of September 12, 2017. The Company has approximately 4.8 million shares outstanding.
