Badger Meter Increases Dividend
August 11, 2017 2:46 PM EDTMILWAUKEE--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Badger Meter, Inc. (NYSE: BMI) today announced a 13% increase in its quarterly common stock dividend to $0.13 per share from $0.115 per share. The increased dividend is payable September 15, 2017, to shareholders of record August 31, 2017. The new annual dividend rate for the common stock is $0.52 per share.
This is our twenty-fifth consecutive year of increased dividend payments. The increase reflects our ongoing commitment to our shareholders and our continued confidence in the future of Badger Meter, said Richard A. Meeusen, chairman, president and chief executive officer.
