Xinyuan Real Estate Co., Ltd. Announces Second Quarterly Dividend for 2017
August 11, 2017 5:55 AM EDTBEIJING, Aug.11, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Xinyuan Real Estate Co., Ltd. ("Xinyuan") (NYSE: XIN), an NYSE-listed real estate developer and property manager primarily in China and in other countries, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend for the second quarter of 2017 of US$0.05 per common share, or US$0.10 per American Depositary Share ("ADS"), which will be payable before September 15, 2017 to shareholders of record as of August 31, 2017.
