Community Healthcare Trust Incorporated Announces Increased Second Quarter Dividend
August 7, 2017 6:00 PM EDTFRANKLIN, Tenn., Aug. 7, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Community Healthcare Trust Incorporated (NYSE: CHCT) today announced that its Board of Directors has increased its common stock cash dividend for the quarter ended June 30, 2017.  This dividend, in the amount of $0.3925 per share, is payable on September 1, 2017 to shareholders of record on August 28, 2017. This dividend rate equates to an annualized dividend of $1.57 per share. Community Healthcare Trust Incorporated has increased its dividend every quarter since its Initial Public Offering.
