Natural Grocers (NGVC) PT Lowered to $5.50 at Jefferies Following 3Q

Jefferies lowered its price target on Natural Grocers (NYSE: NGVC) to $5.50 (from $8.00) while maintaining a Hold rating. NGVC reported worse-than-expected 3Q EBITDA/ EPS of $9.2M/$0.03 vs. consensus estimates of $14.2M/$0.11 on modestly better comps of 0.4% but particularly weak margins.
