Terreno Realty Corporation Increases Quarterly Dividend and Files Second Quarter 2017 Financial Statements
August 2, 2017 4:15 PM EDTSAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Terreno Realty Corporation (NYSE: TRNO), an acquirer, owner and operator of industrial real estate in six major coastal U.S. markets, declared a regular cash dividend for the quarter ending September 30, 2017 of $0.22 per common share; an increase of 10% over the prior dividend level. The dividend will be payable on October 20, 2017 to common stockholders of record at the close of business on October 6, 2017.
