(Reuters) - Cyber security company Symantec Corp (NASDAQ: SYMC) has agreed to sell its business that helps verify the identity of websites to buyout firm Thoma Bravo LLC, people familiar with the matter said on Wednesday, a move that extricates it from a feud with Alphabet Inc's Google (NASDAQ: GOOGL).
