Healthcare Trust of America, Inc. Increases Dividend
July 31, 2017 11:45 AM EDTSCOTTSDALE, Ariz., July 31, 2017 /PRNewswire/ --Â Healthcare Trust of America, Inc. (NYSE: HTA), the largest dedicated owner and operator of medical office buildings in the United States, announced today that its board of directors has increased the quarterly dividend by 1.67% to $0.305 per common share. This represents an annualized rate of $1.22 per common share with an annualized yield of 4.02% based on HTA's closing share price as of July 28, 2017. The dividend will be paid on October 6, 2017 to stockholders of record on October 2, 2017.
