Macatawa Bank Corporation Increases Quarterly Dividend
July 31, 2017 7:30 AM EDTHOLLAND, Mich., July 31, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Macatawa Bank Corporation (Nasdaq: MCBC) (the "Company" or "Macatawa") today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a quarterly cash dividend of $0.05 per share on its common stock to be paid on August 30, 2017 to shareholders of record on August 15, 2017. This quarters dividend payment represents a 25% increase from the previous quarterly dividend rate of $0.04 per share and is the second increase this year. Â
