Sound Financial Bancorp, Inc. Announces a Regular Quarterly Dividend of $0.10 and Declares Special Cash Dividend of $0.20 per Share
July 27, 2017 4:30 PM EDTSEATTLE, July 27, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Sound Financial Bancorp, Inc. (Nasdaq: SFBC), the holding company (the "Company") for Sound Community Bank (the "Bank"), announced today that the Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.10 per share and a special cash dividend in the amount of $0.20 per share. The dividends will be payable on August 25, 2017 to common shareholders of record as of August 11, 2017.
