Wintrust Financial Corporation Announces Cash Dividend
July 27, 2017 5:02 PM EDTROSEMONT, Ill., July 27, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Wintrust Financial Corporation (Wintrust or the Company) (Nasdaq: WTFC) today announced that the Companys Board of Directors approved a quarterly cash dividend of $0.14 per share of outstanding common stock. Â The dividend is payable on August 24, 2017 to shareholders of record as of August 10, 2017.
Additionally, the Companys Board of Directors approved quarterly cash dividends on outstanding shares of the Companys 6.50% Fixed-to-Floating Non-Cumulative Perpetual Preferred Stock, Series D. The dividend is payable on October 15, 2017 to shareholders of record as of October 1, 2017.
