MINNEAPOLIS--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Xcel Energy Inc. (NYSE: XEL) today reported 2017 second quarter GAAP and ongoing earnings of $227 million, or $0.45 per share, compared with $197 million, or $0.39 per share, in the same period in 2016.
