Wells Fargo & Company Increases Common Dividend
July 25, 2017 4:30 PM EDTSAN FRANCISCO--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Wells Fargo & Company (NYSE: WFC) today announced a quarterly common stock dividend of $0.39 per share, payable Sept. 1, 2017 to stockholders of record on August 4, 2017, as approved today by the Wells Fargo board of directors. The third-quarter dividend represents an increase of $.01 per share, or 3 percent, from the prior quarter. Wells Fargo has approximately 5.0 billion shares outstanding.
