Bank of Marin Bancorp Reports Earnings of $5.2 Million

NOVATO, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- Bank of Marin Bancorp, "Bancorp" (NASDAQ: BMRC), parent company of Bank of Marin, announced earnings of $5.2 million in the second quarter of 2017, compared to $4.5 million in the first quarter of 2017 and $4.8 million in the second quarter of 2016. Diluted earnings per share were $0.84 in the second quarter of 2017, compared to $0.74 in the prior quarter and $0.79 in the same quarter last year.
