Dow Declares Quarterly Dividend of 46 Cents per Share

MIDLAND, Mich.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Dow Chemical Company (NYSE: DOW) has declared a dividend of 46 cents per share, payable October 2, 2017, to shareholders of record on July 31, 2017.

Since the companies expect the merger to close between August 1 and September 1, Dow and DuPont have coordinated with respect to their respective third quarter common stock dividend record and payment dates, as required by the Merger Agreement.... More
