Cummins Inc. Increases Quarterly Common Stock Dividend
July 11, 2017 2:00 PM EDTCOLUMBUS, Ind.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI) today approved an increase in the company's quarterly cash dividend on common stock from 1.025 dollars per share, to 1.08 dollars per share, payable on September 1, 2017, to shareholders of record on August 18, 2017.
