Platts RigData: U.S. Land Rig Count Slowing But Still Growing
July 10, 2017 2:01 PM EDTHOUSTON, July 10, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Platts RigData, a forecasting and analytics unit of S&P Global Platts, today announced the U.S. rig count for June 2017 was 1,055, up 29 (3%) from May 2017, and up 584 (124%) from June 2016. This rig count includes U.S. onshore, U.S. inland waters, and U.S. offshore Gulf of Mexico drilling rigs.
