BlackBerry Limited (NASDAQ: BBRY) announced that it has received acceptance from the Toronto Stock Exchange with respect to a normal course issuer bid to purchase for cancellation up to 31,000,000 BlackBerry common shares, representing approximately 6.4% of the outstanding public float as at May 31, 2017. BlackBerry can purchase the common shares pursuant to the NCIB through the facilities of the TSX, over the Nasdaq Stock Market or through alternative trading systems. Any BlackBerry common shares purchased through the NCIB will be cancelled.
