REDWOOD CITY, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- YuMe, Inc. (NYSE: YUME), a proven partner for video advertising leadership and innovation, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a special dividend of $1.00 per share, and a quarterly dividend of $0.03 per share. Both dividends are payable on July 7, 2017, to stockholders of record as of the close of business on July 3, 2017.
