Tesla (TSLA) Set to Open Higher by 4%
June 20, 2017 7:59 AM EDTTesla (NASDAQ: TSLA) traded higher pre-market Tuesday and looks to open higher by 4%. Yesterday Bloomberg reported the company is close to an agreement to produce vehicles in China for the first time, giving it better access to China's market.

WASHINGTON (Reuters) - President Donald Trump met on Monday with the heads of 18 U.S. technology companies including Apple Inc (NASDAQ: AAPL), Amazon.com Inc (NASDAQ: AMZN) and Microsoft Corp (NASDAQ: MSFT), seeking their help to make the government's computing systems more efficient.
The White House wants to update government information technology systems, cut costs, eliminate waste and improve service. Trump on Monday cited estimates that the government could save up to $1 trillion over 10 years through such measures.
