Farmers & Merchants Bancorp, Inc. Raises Second-Quarter Cash Dividend Payment by 8.7% to $0.25 per share
June 13, 2017 12:53 PM EDTARCHBOLD, Ohio, June 13, 2017 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- The Board of Directors of Farmers & Merchants Bancorp, Inc., (Nasdaq: FMAO) the holding company of The Farmers & Merchants State Bank, with assets of approximately $1.1 billion at March 31, 2017, today announced that it has approved a 8.7% increase in the companys quarterly cash dividend. The new dividend has been raised to $0.25 per share from the previous dividend of $0.23, and represents the 18th consecutive annual increase. The second quarter dividend is payable on July 20, 2017 to shareholders of record as of...
