Mack-Cali Realty Corporation Declares Increased Quarterly Cash Dividend
June 12, 2017 7:36 AM EDTJERSEY CITY, N.J., June 12, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- Mack-Cali Realty Corporation (NYSE: CLI) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a cash dividend of $0.20 per common share (indicating an annual rate of $0.80 per common share) for the period April 1, 2017 through June 30, 2017. The dividend will be paid on July 14, 2017 to shareholders of record as of July 6, 2017. This is an increase of 33.3 percent over the dividend from the prior quarter and the first increase for the Company since 2006.
