CYS Investments, Inc. Board of Directors Declares Second Quarter 2017 Common Stock Dividend of $0.25 Per Share, and Preferred Stock Dividends

NEW YORK--(BUSINESS WIRE)-- The Board of Directors of CYS Investments, Inc. (NYSE: CYS) (the Company) today declared a quarterly dividend of $0.25 per share of common stock for the second quarter of 2017. The common stock dividend will be paid on July 12, 2017 to stockholders of record of common stock on June 22, 2017.
