KLA-Tencor Increases Quarterly Dividend Level to $0.59 Per Share From $0.54 Per Share
June 1, 2017 6:00 AM EDTMILPITAS, Calif., June 1, 2017 /PRNewswire/ -- KLA-Tencor Corporation (NASDAQ: KLAC) today announced that its board of directors has authorized a nine percent increase in the level of the company's quarterly dividend, from $0.54 to $0.59 per share. This increase is expected to take effect beginning with the quarterly dividend to be declared in August 2017, marking the 50th consecutive quarterly dividend paid to KLA-Tencor stockholders and the ninth increase in the quarterly dividend level since it was first instituted in June 2005.
