Monogram Residential Trust, Inc. Declares Second Quarter 2017 Dividend
May 31, 2017 4:15 PM EDTPLANO, Texas, May 31, 2017 /PRNewswire/ --Â Monogram Residential Trust, Inc., (NYSE: MORE) ("Monogram" or the "Company") an owner, operator and developer of luxury apartment communities with a significant presence in select coastal markets, today announced that its board of directors authorized a cash dividend of $0.075 per share on common stock for the second quarter of 2017. The dividend will be payable on July 7, 2017 to shareholders of record at the close of business on June 30, 2017.Â
