Pinnacle Foods (PF) Won't Comment on 'Market Speculation'
June 1, 2017 1:45 PM EDTIn response to questions about reports of potential takeover interest from Conagra (NYSE: CAG), Pinnacle Foods (NYSE: PF) said it doesn't comment on market speculation.
"Pinnacle Foods does not comment on market speculation," a spokesperson told StreetInsider.com.
Shares of PF are up 5.6% today on the speculation.
