May 24, 2017 8:47 AM EDTBOSTON, May 24, 2017 /PRNewswire/ --Â Eaton Vance Corp. (NYSE: EV) today reported earnings per diluted share of $0.62 for the second quarter of fiscal 2017, an increase of 29 percent from $0.48 of earnings per diluted share in the second quarter of fiscal 2016 and an increase of 17 percent from $0.53 of earnings per diluted share in the first quarter of fiscal 2017. For all periods presented, adjusted earnings per diluted share equaled earnings per diluted share as determined under U.S. generally accepted accounting principles.
